Eric is a highly specialized insurance broker and risk management professional with over 30 years of experience providing tailor-made, hard to place insurance coverage to domestic and multinational public and private corporations, closely held family businesses and high-net-worth individuals.

 

Eric stays ahead of the curve on industry trends, regulations and resources to match his clients with premier insurance products that fit their precise needs and budget. He has built numerous long-lasting relationships with top global insurance partners, as well as legal, finance and accounting professionals, to lead complex insurance deals that protect businesses from the biggest risks and challenges they face today.

 

A graduate of Babson College School of Entrepreneurial Studies, Eric held several executive positions in highly regulated industries, including maritime and casino/gaming, prior to starting his own firm, and leverages his extensive knowledge of corporate business practices to provide C-Suite Executives critical risk management strategies that fully protect and safeguard themselves and their businesses

David Rahn, VP of Account Services

David is a specialized insurance and risk management professional who assists companies operating in highly regulated industries minimize their risks and access critical coverages to safeguard their businesses.

 

As a Bespoke Insurance Broker with strong analytical skills, he performs detailed risk assessments for both start-up and established, public and private companies, and develops customized strategies and solutions to ensure their businesses and C-suite executives are fully protected.

 

Upon graduating from Lynn University, David launched his career in digital marketing and technology before transferring his skills sets to Rahn & Associates in 2016. Most recently, he was the Southeast Territory Manager for CannGen Insurance Services, a position that enabled him to bridge and strengthen the broker-carrier relationship.

 

David’s unique experience having worked on both the broker and carrier side of the business, and his profound ability to understand a company’s risks and match it to the right coverages is a tremendous advantage for difficult-to-insure businesses operating in high-risk industries, such as Maritime, Cannabis and Psychedelic Medicine. He leverages his strong relationships with the world's leading insurance carriers and knowledge of all the various coverages available to companies, as well as what underwriting teams need, in order to secure the right coverages for his clients.

Courtney Guertin, Marketing Specialist

Courtney is an accomplished executive with more than 15 years of national marketing and communications experience and five years experience in the cannabis industry. Prior to joining S2S Insurance Specialists in 2019, Courtney was the Marketing & Communications Director for Media General (NYSE:MEG), one of the largest local television and digital media companies in the U.S. While in that role for over a decade, she was responsible for all corporate communications, investor relations and advising 72 TV stations on public relations, community relations, social media and crisis.

After earning her B.S. in Marketing and M.B.A from Bryant University, Courtney launched her career at a prominent advertising agency that services a number of national brands and Fortune 500 clients. As past President of the American Marketing Association, RI Chapter, and Public Relations Society of America, Southeastern New England Chapter, Courtney is widely recognized as a thought leader and trusted authority for matters pertaining to marketing and communications.
