The National Cannabis Industry Association’s Risk Management & Insurance Committee, co-chaired by Managing Director Eric Rahn, has released the first in a series of insurance manuals designed to provide a broad introduction to risk management and insurance coverage for cannabis industry operators.
Cannabis and hemp businesses must be proactive in developing a risk management program that conforms to local and state compliance and security requirements. This Risk Management and Insurance Manual is a beginner's guide that explores the various insurable risks attributed to the cannabis supply chain and helps cannabis industry operators understand how they can best manage their risks.
